It is a quiet but rapid die-off: insects are disappearing. In just 30 years, nearly three quarters of the biomass of flying insects has been lost. This is a major problem for us humans, because insects play a vital role not only in nature, but also in our food supply. Is everything lost, then? Our temporary exhibition says: no!
