Concept design through to detailed planning for the artificial lighting. The not guilty branch in Zurich’s Medienpark serves as a restaurant, café, and after-work retreat for the office building’s employees and the surrounding neighbourhood. We developed a lighting concept that meets these requirements. Spotlights and wall grazers are dim-to-warm and respond to programmed presets for morning, daytime, and evening. The pendant luminaires correspond to the aesthetics of the interior design and create a welcoming atmosphere. The lighting for the open kitchen station and the display cases was designed to highlight the fresh ingredients and their preparation. In this way, the presentation supports the host’s philosophy.
