For Tatiana Bilbao Estudio, questions of human coexistence in architecture and urban planning have high priority. For more than 20 years, the Mexican architectural practice has realised internationally acclaimed projects that respond to local conditions in a situational way. Building sustainably means engaging with the environment responsibly and empathetically. The social dimension of architecture and collaboration with different stakeholders play a central role in this. The multidisciplinary team carries out detailed research and works with collages and hand drawings during the design process. Through an immersive collage, the exhibition shows the potential of an architecture that treats people and natural resources with care.
